Now a days, travelling is convenient to everyone, especially in summer , where the people of India travel to their relatives,grand parents or on Vacation .As due to IRCTC Government Website for booking online tickets, It helps a lot but Now due to agent login, common people aren't able to book tickets online,as We average people wont had any software to book tickets, as gents books and don't had much higher speed bandwidth connection to book tickets.
At before 10:am just 3 minutes left in it .IRCTC brought it's new booking lite page,which load faster while booking,for agents, because you do login,but unable to connect it.That's the way IRCTC treat us.
Here I am posting two mails, where IRCTC department sended me while asking about unable to book tickets online after 10:am (Tatkal tickets)For next day journey.
Dear Customer,
We wish to inform you that, "www.irctc.co.in" is the web interface for booking railway tickets. The service depends on various partners system response like from Railways itself, Banks and Payment gateways, ISPs etc. We do not ignore any grievance/suggestions of customer received by mail or over phone. We resolve the issues by coordinating with multiple partners as and when they happen. In this connection it may be stated here that IRCTC website is quite active at any point of time as about 4 lakhs Tickets are booked daily. However there is extraordinary heavy rush during 10.00 hrs to 10.30 hrs for Tatkal booking at Passenger Reservation System (PRS) as well as the counter booking resulting in queues in PRS system. Due to this reason internet ticket booking is also affected. IRCTC and its partners/service providers are striving hard to overcome this problem.

We would like to inform you that there is heavy rush on the website due to opening of Tatkal Booking and Advance Reservation Booking and summer season etc.Some users faces difficulty in getting the website as our connection gets full. To overcome these constraints, steps like database upgradation , addition of more servers and increased Internet Bandwidth have been taken. The website availability has improved considerably following these steps.Constant monitoring of website availability is done to address any issues in this regard.We have also taken certain concrete steps to discourage agent booking.Agents are not allowed to book the tickets through website between
8.00am-12.00 am.Any user can book only two tickets from one userid during this period.Besides this our technical team continuously monitoring the daily booking to curb the agent activity.All these efforts are taken just
to make website approachable by common man.
